By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Use of Services

2.1 License:

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.1 Subscription Plans:

By subscribing to a No Code Pulse plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees according to the selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Billing and Payment:

You authorize the Company to charge the payment method provided for subscription fees on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

3.3 Taxes:

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your use of the Services. Subscription fees do not include any taxes, and you agree to pay any applicable taxes imposed on your use of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.2 User Content:

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the provision of the Services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the course of using the Services. This includes proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other information designated as confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Services at its sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on its website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
